3 Type your user name and password and click OK.
The versions of the System Reporter’s Web server component and the Excel client are
compared. If the data format provided by the server is incompatible with the Excel client,
you must choose a compatible server before the Excel client can be used.
4.6 Changing the Excel Client Server and Resetting the Workbook
The 3PAR System Reporter Excel client workbook includes a custom 3PAR menu that is
accessible from the Microsoft® Excel® menu tab called Add-Ins. This menu tab enables you to
change the Web server, reset the workbook, and delete menu sheets.
NOTE: See About Apache HTTP Server Authorization and Access Control on
page 3.34 for more instructions on setting Apache HTTP Server to require a
username and password.
NOTE: If your server version is newer, but still compatible, a dialog appears
stating that some features of the data provided by the server cannot be displayed
by the Excel client.
