(5) Check Information for Sending Files
When environment variable (FCU_E363_TRACE_MODE) is not set to ON, you can compare information
for files (i-node number, file size, file modified) that Data Exchange sends before and after. If Data
Exchange found a difference in the data, error FCU_ERROR(-363) occurs after sending the file.
When environment variable (FCU_E363_TRACE_MODE) is set to ON, you can compare information
for files (i-node number, file size, file modified) while Data Exchange sends files. If Data Exchange
found a difference in the data, error FCU_ERROR(-363) occurs then.
(6) Output Traces of Record Size
You can record the size while Data Exchange sends files. If Data Exchange error FCU_ERROR(-363)
does not occur, it will delete this file information.
(7) Output Traces (FCU Error Occurred)
When Data Exchange error FCU_ERROR(-363) occurs, you can get traces of the sending file information
(start sending file time, error time, file information) and make copy files.
on page 46 shows
the file name format when Data Exchange copies it.

(8) Output Core Dump
When Data Exchange is not able to make traces and the error FCU_ERROR(-363) occurs, you can
make a core dump. You need to set the core dump size to ulimit –c unlimited to use this
function.
Interval Function for OtM Transfer Completion (Linux)
The interval function for OtM transfer completion specifies to wait for the completion of OtM transfer
for the specified time (seconds) when an OtM transfer by using Data Exchange (Linux version) completes
normally. The interval is specified by the environment variable (FCU_OTM_INTERVAL). If an error
occurs, Data Exchange ends abnormally without taking an interval.
In case of accessing a dataset from the mainframe system immediately after the Data Exchange OtM
operation to the mainframe dataset completes, you should take the interval with this function between
the OtM process and the mainframe I/O process. Regarding multiple transfers by the parameter file,
each OtM transfer has an interval based on the specified environment variable (FCU_OTM_INTERVAL).
This function does not apply to the MtO transfer.
