Operator Service Panel (OSP) Functions
The OSP provides convenient user-access to Administrative Management func-
tions for performing such tasks as diagnostics, cassette close/replenishment,
and other day-to-day functions from inside the facility. The panel, located at the
rear of the terminal, employs an easy to use “touch-screen LCD” for maneuvering
through the various menu options. Open the cabinet sleeve door to access the
panel (you may dismount the panel from the bracket for ease of use). The follow-
ing describes the functions available from the OSP unit.
1.
Upon terminal power-up, the
RT2000 will initialize and run
through its internal setup. The OSP
will initially display the Triton
P.O.S.T. (Power On Self Test)
screen. This screen displays the
results of internal diagnostics that
are completed during OSP
initialization (Figure 1).
2.
Upon completion of the P.O.S.T.,
the Triton splash screen is
displayed for approximately 30
seconds (Figure 2). The splash
screen is then replaced by the
“Status Busy” display for the
duration of the ATM initialization
(Figure 3). .
3.
Once the terminal completes its
startup, the display will change to
to the “Press here to begin” screen
(Figure 4).

Note: If the status display remains on
“BUSY” after the unit completes its
startup, you may have to reboot the
unit.
