This is a new screen that prompts the users to enter
their Password so that the VEPP can verify each user.
Two passwords are required to be entered by two
separate persons to gain access to the sensitive in-
structions to the VEPP.

The VEPP requires that no default password or pass-
words can be entered and a user be able to change
the master keys. If a user enters the default pass-
word, (six zero’s ‘000000’), the VEPP will force the
user to change the password or passwords before
the option of entering in the master keys is displayed.

ELECTION
This is a screen that allows the user to select which
password to change. If any password is the default
value the VEPP will only allow the changing of the
passwords. Once the default password or passwords
have been changed, the access to the encryption
keys functions will be allowed.
