Setting Stage & Inlet Option Switches on EV1200 PCB 186 Board

NOTES

SWX4: Stages 7 & 8 Option Switch (Variable Speed or On/Off Stages)

Stages 7 & 8 are user selectable to be either Variable Speed Fan Outputs or regular On/Off Stages.
By moving the switch upward, you are selecting operation as On/Off Stages, in which case, Stages 7 & 8
will be controlled by the programmed settings of “On/Off Stages” #7 & #8 (Refer to Section 7.8).
By moving the switch downward, you are selecting operation as Variable Speed Output Stages, in which
case, Stages 7 & 8 will be controlled by the programmed settings of “Variable Stages” #1 & #2 (Refer to
Section
Error! Reference source not found.). Stage 7 output will be controlled by Variable Stage #1 and
Stage 8 output by Variable Stage #2 programming.

SWX2 & SWX3: PT Unit #1 & #2 Option Switches

Each of the PT Unit Outputs (Power Trak) contains two modes of operation. This allows the EV1200 to be
used in many different applications. These selection switches allow individual selection for each of the
outputs between control of Natural Ventilation or Power Ventilation. This allows control of a variety of
different buildings from Natural Ventilation only buildings to Power Ventilated buildings and everything
in between.
SWX2: PT Unit #1 Output

Selects whether this output is controlled by the “Vent Inlet” programming (Refer to Section
Error! Reference source not found.) or by the “Natural Unit” #1 programming (Refer to Section
6.4.3
).

SWX3: PT Unit #2 Output

Selects whether this output is controlled by the “Tunnel Inlet” programming (Refer to Section
Error! Reference source not found.) or by the “Natural Unit” #2 programming (Refer to Section
6.4.3
).
