6. Install Stabilizer Crossmember. This will con-
sist of a Tube cross member and four Bolts and
Nuts (See Figure 11). Install the Bolts with the
Nuts on Top and bolts coming in from the Bottom
(See Figure 12), this way only the Head of the Bolt
is lower than the Crossmember. Snug the Bolts; do
not tighten them yet.
7. Weld Stabilizer Gusset to Rail Stiffener
Weldment. Weld the Gusset to the Stabilizer
Weldment now, Weld on both sides of the Gusset.
The LH Gusset and RH Gusset must be welded.
(See Figure 13). Check that all Bolts and Nuts
are installed.
