Displaying the RMSE Root-Mean-Square Error
To find the Root Mean Square Error (RMSE):
If more than one data measurement run is displayed, first select a measurement run:
1. Optional: select a different data run.
In the display legend, a red outline surrounds the run that is selected for operation.
Complete these steps to change which run is selected:
i. Click the legend.
The legend enlarges.
ii. In the legend, click the symbol (but not the check box) of the run that you
want to select.
The red outline moves to the selected run.

Note
: When you apply statistics, such as mean or standard deviation, they
are applied to the selected run.
2. In the legend, click the symbol of the measurement run to analyze.
A red outline appears around the selected run.
3. Click the Graph Tools button to open the tool palette.
The line graphs tools palette displays.
4. Click the Curve Fit button.
