light during all stages of storage and usage. In addition, freezing
conditions and organic solvents should be avoided.

0.1 M Monobasic Sodium Phosphate (pH 6.2 ± 0.2)

COUPLING BUFFER:
50 mM MES (pH 5.0 - 6.0)

WASH BUFFER:
Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.4 ± 0.1), Tween
®
20
(0.05% v/v)

BLOCKING/STORAGE BUFFER:
Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.4 ± 0.1), Bovine Serum
