Phase II 1. Call Nortel technical support to
find out how to obtain any
necessary upgrades.
2. Determine M3900 PSWV to
install (see Table 40 on page 281).
Note: Select PSWV #5 (Phase I
firmware for X11 Release 24;
second PC card is needed) only if
the customer is just running the
Release 24 M3900 features.
3. Download software from the web
with the appropriate PSWV
language file.
4. Follow the PSDL Installation
Procedure (see “PSDL installation”
on
page 267 ) to install software
with the selected M3900 PSWV
file.
5. Install the manufactured patch.
6. Download firmware to the
telephones, following the Flash
Download procedure.
