TDM Mode
In TDM mode, the equivalent of up to six
point-to-point circuits are available between the DSU
and TDM to increase the port capacity of the DSU to six
ports. All six ports can be configured for multiplexing,
digital-sharing, or a combination of both.
A variety of configurations are available and include
point-to-point multiplexing, FEP port-sharing, digital
sharing, and multiplexing with digital sharing. Refer to
Figures C-2 and C-3 for two TDM configuration
examples.
