Application Icons
Books – Allows you to purchase and download
ebooks from the Google ebooks Website.
Browser – Launches the Sprint Powerdeck
browser (page 148).
Calculator – Launches the onscreen calculator
application (page 103).
Calendar – Launches the Calendar applications
that syncs itself to either your Google or
Outlook
® Work calendar (page 95). Events can
only be synched to a managed account
(page 95).
Camera – Launches the built-in camera
(page 119).
Car Home – Allows you to quickly access
applications while on the road.
Clock – Accesses the Clock application
(page 101).
Contacts – Displays the Contacts tab listing
current contacts, synced from either your
Google or Outlook account (page 86). Contacts
can only be synched to a managed account
(page 67).
Downloads – Allows you to view your
downloaded applications.
Email – Provides access to both your Outlook
(Exchange Server-based) work email and
Internet email accounts (such as Gmail and
Yahoo! Mail) (page 159).
Gallery – Displays a Gallery of camera images
and video stored in the microSD card
(page 121).
Gmail – Provides access to your Gmail account
(page 159).
Google Search – Provides an onscreen Internet
search engine powered by Google™.
Latitude – Lets you see your friends’ locations
and share yours with them. The application also
lets you see your friends’ locations on a map or
in a list.
Maps – Launches a Web-based dynamic map
that helps you find local businesses, locate
friends, view maps and get driving directions
(page 192).
