Indicates the status of the four ETHERNET ports.

Indicates the status of Ethernet collisions in red.

Description
Off
There is no device connected to the specified ETHERNET port, or the connected device is not
powered on.
Flashing
Data is being received on the specified ETHERNET port.
Steady
There is a device connected to the specified ETHERNET port and the link is up.
State

Off
No collisions
Flashing
Indicates that an Ethernet collision has occurred because two Ethernet devices connected to the
DIVA LAN ISDN Modem are trying to transmit at the same time. This is a normal occurrence and
will automatically resolve itself.
Steady
Indicates that one of the Ethernet ports has encountered too many physical layer errors to continue
normal operation. The device connected to this port will not be able to send or receive data. Reset
the port by temporarily unplugging the cable connected to it.
State
Description
Off
The modem is operating normally.
Flashing
A hardware fault has occurred. Contact your Eicon Technology representative.
Steady
A software fault has occurred. Contact your Eicon Technology representative.
State
Description
Off
The unit is off.
Steady
The unit is on.
