Canceling AEB
z Follow steps 1 and 2 to turn off the AEB range display (set to 0).
z The AEB setting will also be canceled automatically if the power switch
is set to <

>, flash recharging is complete, etc.
Shooting Tips
z Using AEB with continuous shooting
If you set the drive mode to <

> or <

> ( = 112) and press the
shutter button completely, the three bracketed shots will be taken
consecutively in the sequence of standard exposure, decreased
exposure, and increased exposure, and then the camera will
automatically stop shooting.
z Using AEB with single shooting (

B
)
Press the shutter button three times to take the three bracketed
shots. The shots will be taken in the sequence of standard exposure,
decreased exposure, and increased exposure.
z Using AEB with the self-timer or a remote controller (sold
separately)
With the self-timer (< m > <
l
>), Wireless Remote Control BR-E1
< Q > or Remote Switch RS-60E3, you can take three consecutive
shots after a 10-sec. or 2-sec. delay. With < q > ( = 206) set, the
number of consecutive shots will be three times the number set.
z During AEB, < A > and AEB range in the viewfinder will blink.
z AEB cannot be used with flash, when [Multi Shot Noise Reduction] is set,
for shooting with a Creative filter, or with bulb exposures.
z If [ z : Auto Lighting Optimizer] ( = 136) is set to any setting other than
[Disable] , the effect of AEB may be reduced.
