5. Using On-Screen Menu
AMX BEACON
Turn on or off for detection from AMX Device Discovery when con-
necting to the network supported by AMX’s NetLinx control system.
To use this function, connect the LAN cable to the HDBaseT port.
TIP:
When using a device that supports AMX Device Discovery, all AMX NetLinx
control system will recognize the device and download the appropriate Device
Discovery Module from an AMX server.
ON will enable detecting the projector from AMX Device Discovery.
OFF will disable detecting the projector from AMX Device Discovery.

Extron XTP
Set for connecting this projector to the Extron XTP transmitter.
To use this function, connect the LAN cable to the HDBaseT port.
ON will enable to connect with the XTP transmitter.
OFF will disable to connect with the XTP transmitter.

PC CONTROL
Set the PC control function to on or off.
ON will enable the PC control function.
OFF will disable the PC control function.

AUTH. PC CON-
TROL
Set PC control function using authentication to on or off.
ON will enable the PC control function with authentication using the user name
and password registered at [ACCOUNT].
OFF will disable the PC control function with authentication.
NOTE:
This function is for future expansion.
Security can be improved by using together with an application compatible
with the authentication function.

You can register three types of accounts: USER 1, USER 2, and USER 3.
When [PASSCODE] is set, [REGISTER] is enabled for each user.
[CHANGE USER NAME], [CHANGE PASSWORD], [ENABLE], and [DELETE] can be selected once the account has
been registered at [REGISTER].
REGISTER
Set the user name and password of the account for use with [HTTP
SERVER] authentication and [AUTH. PC CONTROL].

ON will enable the account.
OFF will disable the account. With this account, you cannot connect to an HTTP
server that requires authentication or operate the projector using the AUTH.
