58 73 PROFIBUS Slave
Diagnostic Status This is a 16-byte array with bit fields where one bit is assigned to
each slave station address. When a slave leaves the "Deactive"
state for the first time, the associated bit is set. This bit is then
cleared when the slave enters "Data Exchange" state. If a slave
indicates "Extended Diagnostics" when it is in "Data Exchange"
state, the associated bit is set. For the bit/slave relationship,
refer to the Slave List Structure below.

Serial Number Unique 32-bit serial number for the PROFIBUS Master

Version Software version number for the PROFIBUS Master software
