Item Description
Company A maximum of 64 characters can be entered.
Department A maximum of 64 characters can be entered.
Name A maximum of 32 characters can be entered.
Telephone Number A maximum of 20 characters can be entered (Entry is allowed for the
characters 0 to 9, #, *, -, (, ), +, and spaces.)
FAX Number A maximum of 20 characters can be entered (Entry is allowed for the
characters 0 to 9, #, *, -, (, ), +, and spaces.)
Sender Information List Sender Information can be selected from the Sender Information List. The
selected item is highlighted.
Add Add Sender Information to the Sender Information List.
Save Save the edited Sender Information List.
Delete Delete the selected item from the Sender Information List.

Attach Cover Page
checkbox Check the checkbox when you want to add a cover page to your
transmission.
