Report

Print reports to check the machine settings and status. Default settings for printing the result reports can also be
configured.

Common Settings

Configures overall machine operation.

Configure settings for originals and paper. For details, refer to the machine’s Operation Guide.

Status Page

A status page provides information on a number of user setups. FAX-
related information includes the Local FAX Number, Local FAX Name, fax
line setting, etc. You can print it out as necessary.

An activity report is printed out automatically after every 50 faxes sent.

FAX TX Result

image is added to the report.
