Fax Settings > Default fax settings
Default fax settings
This section explains the fax settings in the system menu.
Press the [
Status/System Menu/Counter ] key to show the settings on the message display. Then, select from the
settings displayed.
Refer to Operation Method on page 1-5 .
Refer to System Menu Settings on the following page and configure as needed.
System Menu Settings
Settings for the fax function in the system menu are shown below.
NOTE
If the login user name entry screen appears during operations, log in by referring to the machine's Operation Guide for
Administrator User Name and Password.
The factory default login user name and login password are set as shown below.

For settings other than fax settings, refer to the Operation Guide for the machine.
