For playback channel, returns the panel identifier and the Delay Time for
Channel value.

where: ff ss mm hh = the time set in the display
cs = checksum

TimecodeData panel timecode
Returns timecode of the panel.
Packet format: 74 33 ff ss mm hh cs
where: ff ss mm hh = the current timecode
