Any of the following actions or cases can cause MIPs to be created or deleted after you have
configured the cfd mip-rule command:

Changes occur to the VLAN attribute of a port

Configuration Prerequisites
Before configuring CFD functions, you need to complete basic CFD configurations first.
Configuring CC on MEPs
After the CC function is configured, MEPs can send CCMs mutually to check the connectivity between
them.
You must configure CC before configuring other CFD functions.
