■ Sizing Check
Unit 2.5 contains a

" (19 mm) clevis pin. Make sure you have
the correct size pin for your boat. Harken
does not recommend
drilling the chainplate or the integral toggle.
Check to make sure the lower drum assembly will fit inside the
bow pulpit. If there is an anchor locker, check to see if the drum
assembly will clear. If necessary, use a toggle or link plates to
raise the unit. See page 8.
■ Connector Bore
Unit 2.5 connectors are available with either a large bore or a
small bore hole depending on headstay diameter. Make sure
you have the correct size connectors to match the headstay .
■ Threaded Headstay Stud
Order a Harken threaded stud to match headstay wire or rod size.
■ Dyform Wire
Maximum Dyform wire size for Unit 2.5 is 10 mm.
Requires HFG912 Sta-Lok terminal. Contact Harken.
