Application
SPECTOR control is designed for the display, parameterization, monitoring and control of
the following components:
■ CANopen equipment
■ Actuators and sensors
All devices that can be used with SPECTOR control are indicated in the equipment list.
SPECTOR control uses the CANopen protocol and is ready to receive all data transferred
in a CAN bus.
In addition, equipment of Profibus or MODBus systems can also be connected to
SPECTOR
control
SPECTOR control can, if required, be coupled with further SPECTOR control equipment
(e. g. follow-up control of boiler).
The display and operation of SPECTOR control can either be effected by means of the
graphical operator panel with a touch screen or, if remote operation is desired, through
the use of Internet browsers via PC or hand-held.
SPECTOR control offers the following service functions:
■ Parameter indication,
■ Trend indication,
■ Indication and monitoring of maintenance intervals,
■ Representation of accumulated quantity,
■ Indication of the last 512 alarm messages (history function),
■ Remote operation via Intranet (TCP/IP) and Modem,
■ Multi languages,
■ Password protection,
■ Control functions.
