5.3.1.2 CONFIG: Amp
The CONFIG: AMP commands are valid only in Remote  Local mode. If you
attempt to edit any of the AMP settings while in Remote  Serial or Remote 
Ethernet mode, the following message displays:
THIS UNIT IS CURRENTLY
IN REMOTE MODE!!
Amp: Attenuation State
Mute (◄ ► E)
Use the ◄ ► arrow keys to select Attenuation, State, or Mute, and then press ENTER. Note the
following:
Selection Description
Attenuation
Input and displays the CPA attenuation setting which is selected between 0.00
dB to 20.00 dB in 0.25 dB steps. The default setting is 10.00 dB.
State Controls the operational state of the CPA amplifier. The default is ON.
Mute Provides CPA mute control. The default is OFF.
CONFIG: Amp

Attenuation: 10.00 dB
Use the ▲▼ arrow keys to select a CPA attenuation value between 0.00 dB to 20.00 dB (in 0.25
dB steps), and then press ENTER. The default setting is 10.00 dB.
CONFIG: Amp
 State
Amplifier: OFF ON
(◄ ► E)
Use the ◄ ► arrow keys to select the Amplifier State as OFF or ON, and then press ENTER.
CONFIG: Amp  Mute
Amp Mute: OFF ON

Use the ◄ ► arrow keys to select the Amplifier Mute control as OFF or ON, and then press
ENTER.
