3.4.1.1 J3 Power AC Connector on Legacy Product CPA-350
The J3 AC prime power input connector for the CPA-350 legacy product is a 3-inch circular
connector, type CA3102E20-19PB FMLB A. A mating connector, type CA3106E20-19SB, is
provided. The pinout specification for this J3 connector and its mate is as follows:

Note that Ground Pin ‘A’ is of the first make, last break type.
3.4.2 Optional Direct Current Operation
MAKE SURE TO CONNECT ONLY THE CORRECT INPUT VOLTAGE AS SPECIFIED BY THE
REAR PANEL LABEL (-48VDC NOMINAL OR -24VDC NOMINAL)!
One of two independent DC power offerings is available – the correct nominal voltage is
indicated by a rear panel label:
• -48VDC (38 to 65V) nominal
-OR-
• -24VDC (18 to 36V) nominal
The input receptacle is type CA3102E20-22PB. The mating connector, type CA3106E20-22SB, is
provided. The pinout specifications are as follows:

Alternately, the ground connection can be made with the external chassis ground connector.
