Problem Meaning How to solve
ST46 Wrong bar code number Easy Plug: Invalid bar code number
within the #YB command. The status
message disappears automatically after
3 s. Afterwards, the printer continues
printing.
The label layout is printed without the
relevant bar code.
Check command and recreate.
ST47 Faulty Pharmacy Code The bar code information given within
the Easy-Plug command contains invalid
characters or has an invalid length. The
status message disappears
automatically after 3 s. Afterwards, the
printer continues printing.

Check command and recreate.
ST50 Read error by scanner Check scanner
Check print quality
ST51 Scanner can not be programmed switch off and on the scanner if you have
no success call the service centre
ST59 Factory Reset has been done
before if factory reset is wanted – do it – all data
are lost
ST60 Memory allocation error switch ON/OFF the printer
if not helpful call service technician
ST61 Font allocation error Disconnection and re-connection
