Material End Recognition _________________________________________ MEND
For label material with gaps longer than 15mm resp. material with differing light diffusion
permeability (error ST05 = material end, when material is correctly inserted) the material end
recognition can be cancelled.
„YES“ for activating the material end recognition
„NO“ for deactivating the material end recognition
6.6 JCLR: Clearance of Print Job
The present or interrupted print job can be cleared.
(ON/OFFLINE)-key
If print job is to be cleared
(cancellation will be acknowledged by a hoot signal)
(FEED)- or (NEXT)-key
If print job is not to be cleared
6.7 SCLR: Clearance of Printer Buffer
The spooler is cleared completely.
CAUTION! - All print jobs are cleared (cancellation will be acknowledged by
a hoot signal)

If spooler is not to be cleared
6.8 OTHR: Others = Special Parameters
This submenu contains special configuration functions. Some functions are protected by
special password.
Down Load of fonts ______________________________________________ DOWN
A PCMCIA card ( two of them) can be inserted into the printer.
A RAM card can be formatted in the printer and after that fonts can be down loaded into the
card through the printer. Cards the printer can write to are font cards, speedo cards and data
base cards.
Exact information you can find in the EASY PLUG manual or in the card manual.
Formatting of RAM Card ___________________________________________LCLR
The printer can be equipped with PCMCIA cards.
The RAM card may be formatted as spooler/logo storage and subsequently be written on with
logos (0-255) via the Easy Plug command.
A maximum number of one card written on with logos can be used during printing process.
