Printer adjustment
The printer is using SLOT0 if a card is found there – if not SLOT1 is used. to format the card.
After that a reset takes place. Are two cards used in the printer (one for logos one for fonts) the
printer is selecting the cards.
If one RAM card and one PROM card (non - erasable) are simultaneously used, the sequence
of use is optional:
CAUTION! - All data contained on the RAM card and in the spooler are
cleared. Observe instructions for plugging- in of RAM card!

According to the selected adjustment, the display changes over immediately or after completion
of formatting to Display:
“LCLR“
In case card can not be accepted or the card defective or not plugged in the error message:
LCLR - FAIL appears ( message is also signalled by hoot).

After start of the check, the individual modules are checked in accordance with their sequence
and acknowledge by the display: - OK - in each stage, or stopped if an error occurs. In this
event the defective stage is displayed.
Acknowledgements are also indicated by a short acoustic signal, and errors by a flashing
display and a continuos acoustic signal.
Error messages are to be acknowledged by operation of an optional key.
Check of Sensors _______________________________________________ SCHK
The displayed, invariable values (measured from present application) are used in the analysis
of the individual sensor. When checking the sensor please avoid any disturbing illumination.
Sensor may be selected by means of the
NEXT or PRIOR key.
