8. Status messages
The software checks during the labelling permanently, if the machine runs under normal
operation. There are 3 types of messages indicating a problem:
y
STxx: A fault condition of the printer
y
E__x: Labelling of the dispenser is not possible
y
W__x: The dispenser can be continue labelling, but a problem has occurred
By pressing the key ENTER the message will be erased. Via the serial interface the current
error status could be requested.
If an error cannot be erased, please call your local service technician.

Try to move it by jogging
If no key got jammed, or if a jammed key
