To edit the keyword tag, type in the textbox.

To delete a keyword tag, click the Delete icon

that appears beside the keyword tag.

Auto-Analyzer in Elements

Organizer automatically detects and tags the following when analyzing media.

People

Audio

Photo blur

Brightness and contrast

Motion

Object motion

Shake

You can add additional tags manually after auto analysis. You can also edit the auto generated tags.

Run Auto-Analyzer only when the computer is idle

Auto analyzer is run as soon as you import media into Elements

Organizer. When there is considerable media to be

analyzed, run auto analyzer during the system’s idle time.

1 Select Edit > Preferences > Media-Analysis (Windows®), or Adobe Elements 9 Organizer > Preferences > Media-

Analysis (Mac® OS).

2 Do one of the following:

a If you want Elements

Organizer to analyze photos for people only when the system is idle, deselect Analyze Photos

for People Automatically.

b If you want Elements

Organizer to analyze and generate smart tags only when the system is idle, select Run

Analyzer Only When The System Is Idle.

Run auto analyzer every time you open Elements Organizer

1 Select Edit > Preferences > Media-Analysis (Windows®), or Adobe Elements 9 Organizer > Preferences > Media-

Analysis (Mac® OS).

2 If you want Elements

Organizer to analyze media for smart tags whenever you open Elements

Organizer, select

Run Analyzer On System Startup.

Run auto analyzer manually

1 In the Media Browser, select the media file to which you want to assign a smart tag automatically. (To select more

than one file, Ctrl-click/Cmd-click the files.)

2 Right-click/control-click the media file, and select Run Auto-Analyzer.

Disable auto analyzer for smart tags

1 Select Edit > Preferences > Media-Analysis (Windows), or Adobe Elements 9 Organizer > Preferences > Media-

Analysis (Mac OS).

2 Deselect Analyze Media For Smart Tags Automatically.
