Solving Common Problems

Here are a few common situations you might have to deal with:

The burst number appears in red in the status bar. This is caused by a
malfunction in processing data.

You can do one of the following:

Save acquisition and send the .omd file to EXFO.

Click on the red burst number. Some debugging information will
be displayed. Paste content of this dialog box in an e-mail to EXFO.

Masks: the application limits the number of points considered “in
error” to 5000, so it is possible that more points in error then look
normal, as shown below:
