• UTILITY menu

When UTILITY menu or others are recalled, the menus provided by the main DEQ5 are not displayed. Only
the menus which can be set with DEQ5E are displayed.

• Transmission and reception

RS-485 data such as program change, parameter change, bulk dump, etc. is transmitted from DEQ5E to the
unit which is set with the DEQ5E remote addrdss.

• Memory Store/Recall operations

If Memory Store/Recall operations are carried out, data is used only inside the DEQ5E main unit.
There is no effect on the memory content of the main control DEQ5. (*3).

• 1. Operations of sections which are not targeted for data transmission such as the power supply switch, analog

volume, etc. are excluded.

It is also possible to execute memory store/recall with other equipment simultaneously depending on RS-485

NETWORK setting.
