Edit a WACS user’s account information

Certain WACS administrators can edit account information for specific types of WACS
users.

Designated WACS biomedical engineers can edit administrative user accounts.

Designated WACS clinical administrators can edit clinical user accounts.

User name and user password changes must be requested by the user.

To open an Edit User page

1.

Along the top of any WACS page, click Home. Click WACS Administrator, and then
click the User Manager tab. The User Overview page appears.

Next to the user for whom you want to edit information, click

The Edit User page appears.

To edit a WACS user’s account information

1.

Type over existing information in the fields that you want to change.

2.

Edit Unit/Role combinations.

To change Unit/Role combinations, click the appropriate pull-down menus.

To delete a Unit/Role combination, click

in the appropriate Unit/Role row.

A confirmation popup window appears. Click OK.

To add more Unit/Role combinations than the page allows, click

.

3.

Click Save Changes.

The changes are confirmed.

the state it was in when
