Display an overview of WACS users, their status and roles
Designated WACS biomedical engineers and clinical administrators can access the User
Overview page.
The page lists WACS users, their account status and their assigned unit-role
combinations. WACS roles are associated with predefined privileges within the WACS
system. For more information about roles, see
Table 1 on page 11.
To display an overview of WACS users, their status and roles
1. Along the top of any WACS page, click Home. Click WACS Administrator, and then
click the User Manager tab.
The User Overview page appears.
2. Click the Select unit pull-down menu, and then select the unit in which you are
interested.
* represents “All units.”
3. View users, their assigned roles and their account status.
Primary status designations and definitions
Pending The account has been requested or created, and it is pending
activation by an administrator.
Active The account is active, with designated unit/role combinations
Inactive The account is inactive.
Further status designations and definitions
Forgotten Password A forgotten password request has been submitted.
Deactivated An administrator has deactivated the account
Failed Login Excessive failed login attempts have occurred for this account.
