Log in to the WACS program
To Log in to the WACS program
1. Access the WACS program Log In page.
For instructions, see “Access the WACS program Log In page” on page 9.
2. Enter your user name and password.
If you have forgotten your password, take one of these steps:
• Submit a request for a new password (for instructions, see “If you forget your
WACS password” on page 14).
• If the Your Account Deactivated page is present, see “Troubleshooting WACS
Login” on page 70 for instructions.
3. Click Submit.
You are logged in to the WACS program. The WACS Home page appears.
If you see the Already Logged In page instead of the Home page, a WACS session
was already open under your name and password. Click one of the following options
• Click Force Logout to force a logout of the other WACS session.
• Click Login As Different User to log in as a different user (for example, if you are
an administrative user who has multiple name and password combinations).
