Plate View Spreadsheet
Select Plate View spreadsheet to see a plate map of the data. Figure 34 shows the Plate view
spreadsheet as plate map.

The Plate View spreadsheet includes the type of information shown in Table 18, including the
selected fluorophore in the plate map.
Select the Raw RFU spreadsheet to view raw fluorescence readings for each well acquired at
each temperature step of the melt curve protocol. The well number appears at the top of each
column, and temperature appears to the left of each row (Figure 35).
