6.3.4 Blank determination for KFT "Blank_KF"
This method can be generally used for KF
blank determinations. For work with a KF
oven, you need to enter an extraction time in
key , ">titration parameters".
The mean value out of 3 determinations is as-
signed to the common variable C38.
Electrode:
Double Pt-electrode 6.0338.100 at measuring
input "Pol".
Titrating agent:
One-component or two-component Karl-
Fischer reagent, ready to use.
Solvent:
20 mL Methanol or a specific solvent, condi-
tioned.
Sample:
E.g. 1.000 mL methanol (as used for extrac-
tion) or another solvent.
