Adapter Parameters
Appendix B provides information about the adapter parameters.
About Parameter Numbers The parameters in the adapter are numbered consecutively. However,
depending on which configuration tool you use, they may have different
numbers.

The adapter parameters begin with parameter 01. For example,
Parameter 01 - [DPI Port] is parameter 01 as indicated by this manual.

Details
01 [DPI Port]
Displays the port to which the adapter is connected.
This will usually be port 5.
Default: 5
Minimum: 0
Maximum: 7
Type: Read Only
02 [DPI Data Rate]
Displays the data rate used by the drive. This data rate
is set in the drive and the adapter detects it.
Default: 0 = 125 kbps
Values: 0 = 125 kbps
1 = 500 kbps
Type: Read Only
03 [COPN Addr Cfg]
Sets the CANopen node address used by the adapter
if the Node Address switches (
Figure 2.1 ) are both set
to “0.”
Default: 1
Minimum: 1
Maximum: 127
Type: Read/Write
Reset Required: Yes
04 [COPN Addr Act]
Displays the CANopen node address actually used by
the adapter.
Default: 0
Minimum: 0
Maximum: 255
Type: Read/Write

05 [COPN Rate Cfg]
Sets the network data rate at which the adapter
communicates if the Data Rate switch (
Figure 2.2 ) is
set to “PGM.” (Updates Parameter 06 - [COPN Rate
Act] after a reset.)
Default: 5 = 500 Kbps
Values: 0 = 10 Kbps
1 = 20 Kbps
2 = 50 Kbps
3 = 125 Kbps
4 = 250 Kbps
5 = 500 Kbps
6 = 800 Kbps
7 = 1 Mbps
