Cleaning and Maintenance
Follow the maintenance and cleaning instructions in this chapter to keep your Peloris™ processor in top
condition. This will help ensure quality processing at all times, and avoid unnecessary service calls.
Besides the tasks listed below, ensure that the Peloris is left on at all times, even when idle. This keeps wax
molten and allows preventative maintenance routines controlled by the software to be carried out.
Ensure that the instrument has a preventative maintenance service call once a year – contact your service
representative to organize this.
WARNING
Always wear gloves and other suitable protective clothing when cleaning the instrument.
CAUTION
Do not use any cleaning methods other than the ones described below. Use of other methods may damage
the instrument.
