If you select These folders only or All folders except these, then you must enter the full
hierarchical names of the folders. Use a backslash “\” to separate each folder level and
separate folder names with a comma.
Migrate junk mail
Set to Yes to migrate mail from the Notes Junk Mail folder.
Set to No to exclude Junk Mail from the migration process.
Migrate truncated mail
If you are migrating mail archives and you retain truncated versions of the archived mail in the
primary mail file, you should enter No here to allow the full version of the mail to be migrated
later; the full version of the mail cannot migrate if the truncated version already exists in the
Apps account.
Otherwise you should enter Yes in this field.
Notifications Tab
Configure the Notifications tab as described below.
Notification status
Set to Enabled to have the system send notification email to your users regarding the specific
events defined in the following settings.
Set to Disabled to keep the system from sending notification email to your users.
When enabled, notifications are still subject to other system controls such as system-wide
status, site status, and migration start and end dates.
