The fiberglass hull, deck and some interior parts
consst of a molded shell and exteror gelcoat. The
gelcoat s the outer surface, often colored, that
presents the shny smooth appearance assocated
wth fberglass products. Ths gelcoat surface
s panted or taped n some areas for stylng
purposes.
Wash the gelcoat and fiberglass regularly with clean,
fresh water. Wax gelcoated surfaces to mantan the
luster. In northern clmates, a waxng at the start and
end of the boating season may suffice. In southern
clmates, an applcaton of wax every three months
wll be requred for adequate protecton.
