or at anchor. Trollng or drftng wth engne off s
consdered "underway" and navgaton lghts must
be used. (see Fgure 2.8.2)
If you are anchored n open water, .e. where other
boats can approach yours, you must dsplay your
anchor lght: a whte lght that can be seen from
all possble drectons, .e. 360 degrees.
