The certification plate (see Figure 1.6.1 & 1.6.2),
located on the dash ndcates maxmum weght and
number of persons your boat can handle under calm
sea condtons.
Do not exceed the load capacities
stated. The number of people on board must be
reduced f you go out n poor weather and rough
water.
The information present on the certification plate
does not releve the operator from responsblty.
Use common sense and sound judgement when
placng equpment and/or passengers n your
boat.

Drugs and/or alcohol wll prevent you from operatng

The detrmental effects of alcohol and drugs are
ncreased by the wnd, waves and sun, quckly
mparng your ablty to react properly and promptly
n an emergency.
Drugs and/or alcohol impair the operator's ability to
control the boat safely.
Death or serious injury can result from improper boat
operation.
