To traler your boat wth the cockpt cover nstalled,

you must nstall a moorng cover over the cockpt

cover wth te down straps tghtened.

The horn s operated by a momentary swtch on the

dash and s protected by a fuse under the dash.

There s no mantenance requred on the horn tself,

although t s advsable to avod sprayng water

drectly nto the horn.

your 23 Outlaw may have an alumnum swm

platform nstalled wth a 3-step ladder.

Wth ths opton, enterng the boat from the water

s more convenent, but there are safety rules that

must be followed.

1. never st on the swm platform when boat s

movng.

2. Before usng or extendng the ladder, make sure

engne s off and prop s stopped.

3. always make sure ladder s secure before

startng engne.

The depth finder that may be

nstalled n your boat s a hgh-

performance dgtal sonar. It

works only off the bottom sgnal

and operaton s completely

automatc. There are no

senstvty or nose controls.

all ths s made possble by the

computer bult nsde.

Since the depth finder is an automatic sonar, all

you have to do s turn the power on. It wll gve

you a water depth readng wthn seconds. Once

it finds the bottom, the depth finder locks on to it

and automatcally adjusts the senstvty and nose

suppresson crcuts. It wll track the bottom at

speeds over 70 MPh.

• sanPotte: a mounted head that can be easly

carred off to dspose of waste.

• sanPotte Pump Out: same as the above

sanPotte, but wth a pump out attachment on

the sde of the boat to whch can be hooked up

to a dsposal staton on the dock.

To empty holdng tank, the servces of a docksde

pump out staton wll be needed. Follow nstructons

at the staton and make sure pump out staton hose

s nserted nto the deck plate marked WasTE.

MAKE SURE ENGINE IS OFF AND PROPELLER IS

STOPPED BEFORE USING BOARDING LADDER
