Internet Browser
Because of implementation problems with Microsoft
®
Internet Explorer for the Macintosh, Toshiba recommends
that you use Netscape Communicator as the Internet browser
for Macintosh clients connected to the Magnia SG20.
Although no configuration is required for Netscape
Communicator, you may wish to add links to the Magnia
SG20 intranet and administration sites to your bookmarks.
Follow these steps to add the links. Otherwise, skip these
steps and go to

Start Netscape Communicator.

In the Netsite: address line, type
http://Myserver.loc
and
press Enter.
HINT: You can also use the address http://192.168.1.1.

Select the Bookmark menu, and click Add Bookmark.

In the Netsite address line, type
http://Myserver.loc:8282
and
press Enter.
HINT: You can also use the address http://192.168.1.1:8282.

Select Bookmark, and click Add Bookmark.
