8-26 Troubleshooting

The message "This program has performed an illegal
operation…" suddenly pops up while I am using the
computer
This means that something went wrong in the software's internal
operations. Please, follow the onscreen instructions, click on the Close
button and restart the computer.
The following messages are displayed: "Insert system disk
in drive. Press any key when ready"
"Non-System disk or disk error. Replace and press any key
when ready"
"Invalid system disk. Replace the disk, and then press any
key."
"Boot: Couldn't find NTLDR. Please insert another disk."
"Disk I/O error. Replace the disk, and then press any key."
"Cannot load DOS press any key to retry."
Please do the following:
Insert a system disk and press any key
Remove any floppy disk from the floppy disk drive and press any key
The message "Boot sequence is changed." Appears
This message says that the system's start sequence was changed It will
start from the appointed device.
Please wait a bit.
"KBC ERROR" is displayed
If a PS/2 mouse or a PS/2 keyboard is connected please turn off the
power, remove the device and restart.
If the same error persists, there could be a defect. Please contact your
dealer.
Other messages than the ones mentioned above are
displayed
