I followed all the instructions above, but I still can't print
Shut down Windows and restart the computer.
I tried all of the suggestions above and I still can't print
Run a printer self test.
If you can't carry out a printer self test, the printer is damaged. Please
contact the printer's manufacturer.

I can't enter the characters I would like to enter
I press the keys on the keyboard, but they don't appear on
the screen
The system is currently handling an operation.
When the mouse pointer takes the form of an hourglass, the system is
handling an operation and the keyboard or mouse does not work at that
time. Please wait with your input until the system finished its operation.
The cursor keeps moving around while I enter characters
from the keyboard
Change the settings so that the tapping function is disabled during the
input of character keys
1. Open the Control Panel and double click on Mouse.
The
Mouse Properties
screen will appear.
2. In the item Tapping of the Tapping tab, check the option No tapping
during key input
.
3. Click on the OK button
I can't enter the characters I want although I am pressing
the key
You are not in the right character lock mode.
Depending on the character lock mode, the characters that you enter from
the keyboard are different. Please use the following key combinations to
change into the desired mode.
Shift + CapsLock
Fn + F11
Fn + F10
