No matter which key I press, there is no response. The
settings are correct, but the desired characters cannot be
entered.
The internal processes don't work properly.
Please follow the steps below:

Turn off the computer and after a while, turn it on again
‰ Press the Reset Switch
‰ Remove the battery pack and the AC adaptor and install them again
I can't use the mouse
I move the mouse and use the touch pad, but the mouse
pointer on the screen doesn't move (no response)
The system is currently handling an operation.
When the mouse pointer takes the form of an hourglass, the system is
handling an operation and the keyboard or mouse does not work at that
time. Please wait until the system has finished its operation.
The PS/2 mouse doesn't work
The mouse was connected while the computer was turned on.

‰ Restart the computer.
The mouse was not detected as new hardware.
