It doesn't work normally after I returned from the
Hibernation mode
Your USB device doesn't support Hibernation mode. Disconnect the device
from the USB port and reconnect it again.
I can't use my i.LINK device
It is not connected properly.
Please check if the cable connection between the computer and the i.LINK
device is correct.
The driver is not installed correctly.
Please follow the steps below:
Open the Control Panel and double click on Add new hardware.
Please follow the instructions on the screen.
Turn on the i.LINK device.
Restart Windows.
Infrared communication
The Infrared communication doesn't work
The environment is not suitable for infrared communication.
Please check the following points:
Is the transmission speed of the communication terminal (partner) and
the computer the same
Are all obstructions between the Infrared ports removed
Is the Infrared port dirty
Are the settings of the Infrared port correct
I can transmit via infrared, but the data is not sent correctly
The environment is not suitable for infrared communication.
Please try the following suggestions:
Set the transmission speed of the communication terminal (partner)
and the computer to the same value
Change the distance to the communication terminal
Remove the computer from places where it is subjected to direct
sunlight or fluorescent light
Remove devices that generate infrared rays from the computer
