The file transmission is not set.
Please follow the steps below:
1. Open the Control Panel and double click on Wireless Link.
2. In the File Transfer tab, check the item Allow others to send
files to your computer using infrared communication
.
3. Click on the OK button.
Internet/Mail
The settings of the "Dial-up network" are not correct.
If there is a mistake in the settings of the following items, those error
messages appear and the connection does not work.

User ID on dial-up
‰ Password on dial-up
‰ IP-address
‰ Name server address
Please confirm the settings in the following order:
1. Click Start, Settings, Dial-up Networking, xx (connection
name)
.
The Connection screen appears.
2. Verify the User name and User password.
Please contact you provider about the settings of the User name etc. to
make sure there is no problem with the settings.
3. In the Connection screen, click on the Properties button.

screen appears.
4. In the Network tab, click the TCP/ IP Settings button in Network
Protocols you can use
The TCP/ IP Settings screen appears.
5. Verify the settings for the items Specify IP-address and Specify
name server address
.
Maybe you specified an IP-address that cannot be established, or you
forgot to enter the name server address. The IP-address etc., is
different with every provider. Please contact you provider to make sure
there is no problem with the settings.
6. In the TCP/ IP Settings screen, click on the OK button
7. In the xx screen, click on the OK button
