The SelectBay light doesn't go off
Data is being processed.
The processing of a huge amount of data takes time. Please wait until the
light goes off.
If the light does not go off, the system hangs. Please press the emergency
power off switch and restart.
If the system works after the restart and the light is still on, please contact
your dealer.
I can't start the system from the floppy disk
The floppy disk you inserted doesn't contain any system information.
Please insert a floppy disk that contains system information.
The system is not set to start from the floppy disk.
Please follow the steps below:
1. Start the BIOS Setup.
2. In the Boot menu, please press F5 or F6 so that Removable Devices
is in the first place.
CD
I can’t access the CD
The disk tray is not closed properly. Please push it in until it clicks into
place.
For inserting a CD, please see the "CD-ROM drive" section in Chapter 4.
The CD is not inserted correctly.
Please insert it horizontally with the label facing upwards.
A foreign object is in the disk tray.
If there is anything in the disk tray, please remove it. If anything gets
caught in the disk tray it can get damaged.
The CD is dirty.
In case the CD got dirty, please wipe it with a clean dry cloth. If it is still
dirty, please clean it with a damp cloth using water or a neutral detergent.
The CD-ROM drive does not recognise the CD.
If the SelectBay light is still blinking, the disk is not recognised yet. Please
wait until the light glows continually and try to access again.
The CD-ROM drive's lens is dirty.
Please clean with one of the lens cleaners that are available on the
market.
